Just a reminder to pick up your artwork from the “2016 Texas Artists Today” exhibit on Monday, June 13th from 12-3pm. The Museum of the Southwest is only open to pick up during these hours, so please don’t be late!! If you can’t come by on Monday, please make arrangements with Jenni Opalinski by June 10th. Email her: jopalinski(at)museumsw.org The exhibit closes June 12
MAA and Palette Club Wine and Paint EveningWednesday April 20 from 6:30-9 pm.The Palate Club 907 W. Wadley (between A and 1st street)$35Come and complete an acrylic painting while sipping wine with your friends. No experience is necessary and all supplies plus wine will be supplied. The class will be limited to 20. Please reserve your place by contacting Rick Reese at: igor9115a@gmail.com.

Since 1978, the Midland Art Association has offered a juried art exhibition. We have been honored to collaborate with the Museum of the Southwest who hosts this event. The Museum of the Southwest is an accredited museum with a rich history and mission to preserve and exhibit the art of the Southwest.
Our spring exhibit is titled “Texas Artists Today,” and it will showcase the variety and talent of Texas artists in 2016.
The juror is Christina Rees, senior editor of Glasstire.
