Since 1978, the Midland Art Association has offered a juried art exhibition.  We have been honored to collaborate with the Museum of the Southwest who hosts this event.  The Museum of the Southwest is an accredited museum with a rich history and mission to preserve and exhibit the art of the Southwest.

Our spring exhibit is titled “Texas Artists Today,” and it will showcase the variety and talent of Texas artists in 2016.

The juror is Christina Rees, senior editor of Glasstire.

April 18               Hand delivered entries

May 17                Opening reception and awards at Museum of the Southwest
6-8pm
June 12               Exhibition closes
June 13               Pick up hand delivered work

June 14                Return of shipped work begins
